Notice of Extraordinary and Annual General Meetings

Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting, followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Caledonian Classic and Historic Motor Sport Club Ltd will be held on Thursday 16th May 2024 at the Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth PH1 5LD at 7.00pm. All current club members are invited to attend.

Agenda – Extraordinary General Meeting (7.00pm)

1. Introduction and reason for the updated Club Constitution.
It has been 5 years since the Constitution was reviewed and the proposed changes incorporate updates to reflect the current club status.

4. Adoption by membership

Agenda – Annual General Meeting (7.30pm)

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of the previous AGM
3. 2023 Report (J. Paterson, Chairperson)
4. Financial report and adoption of accounts (Y/E March 2024). (R.Forbes, Treasurer)
5. Membership report (J. Paterson, Membership secretary)
6. Election of Directors & Term of Office (1, 2, & 3 year term)
7. To elect the principal Office Bearers, i.e. Chairperson, Company Secretary and Company Treasurer.
8. 2024 calendar
